ALEC PROCTOR - DIRECTOR
Hi, my name is Alec Proctor and I am a director at Novelus Ltd. I am an MBA qualified manufacturing professional with General Management and Director level experience.
I’ve over 20 years of Change Management and Project Management Experience.Having a passion for delivering results through people, since leading a culture change and Lean implementation in the Ceramic sector at Royal Doulton in 2000,
I have also delivered similar projects in Washrooms, Hydraulics, Fabrication and Presswork sectors where I was appointed Managing Director of a West Midlands Pressings company in 2014.
I specialised in Team Leader and Management development along with senior-level recruitment. I was part of a small team delivering a major project of 50 Lean specialists for the Airbus A380 program.Since 2018 I have delivered professional services consultancy, helping businesses develop their People and Process Strategies.
My passion is ‘people’ and ‘helping people succeed’. Having strong values of positivity, working together, collaboration and looking to achieve ‘win win’. I bring over 30 years of people management and development expertise.
ANITA GRATTON - DIRECTOR
Hi, I am Anita Gratton and I am one of the directors at Novelus. I am a recruitment professional with over 15 years experience of delivering recruitment solutions at all levels across a range of sectors. These include Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing and Finance.
I am an experienced Key Account Manager and have delivered recruitment assignments for blue-chip private sector organisations along with public sector. These projects include delivering successful UK Government IT specialist recruitment contracts along with delivering bespoke recruitments for SME’s and family-owned businesses.

Working on a day to basis with our customers, their expertise, many years of practical experience, and hands on, the proactive approach ensures that our service is personal, cost-effective, and flexible.

I served 18 years in the Royal Air Force. After leaving and completing an HNC in Business Studies I became a General Manager in a Teleco company. I went on to complete a management buyout of the telco and became the Operations Director.
