ALEC PROCTOR - DIRECTOR
An MBA qualified professional with General Management and Director level experience across various sectors. I have a passion for delivering results through people, since leading a culture change and Lean implementation in the Ceramic sector at Royal Doulton in 2000.
I have also delivered similar projects in Washrooms, Hydraulics, Fabrication, Defense, Heavy Engineering, Warehousing, Logistics, Healthcare, and Presswork sectors where I was appointed Managing Director of a West Midlands Pressings company in 2014.
I specialise in Team Leader and Management development along with senior-level recruitment and in 2005 I was part of a small team delivering the recruitment of and assessing behavioural competence of 50 Lean specialists for the Airbus A380 program.
Since 2018 I have delivered professional services consultancy in HR and Operational excellence, helping businesses develop their People and Process Strategies.
My passion is ‘people’ and ‘helping people succeed’. Having strong values of positivity, working together, collaboration and looking to achieve ‘win win’. I bring over 30 years of people management and development expertise.
ANITA DAVIES - DIRECTOR
A recruitment professional with over 15 years’ experience of delivering recruitment solutions at all levels across a range of sectors. These include Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing and Finance.
I am an experienced Account Manager and have delivered recruitment assignments for blue-chip private sector organisations along with public sector. These projects include delivering successful UK Government IT specialist recruitment along with delivering bespoke recruitments for SME’s and family-owned businesses.
I have 5 years’ experience within HR supporting various companies with their HR requirements ensuring compliance and best practice.
CHRISTINE WALKER - DIRECTOR
An influential HR Director with a wealth of experience and a sustained record of success in the public and private sector.
Extensive strategic and operational background, managing cultural and behavioural change across all levels.
An inspirational leader and team player who through a participative approach , creates robust strategies and translates vision into achievement.
Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills with a passion for customer care and quality together with excellent communication skills.

I served 18 years in the Royal Air Force. After leaving and completing an HNC in Business Studies I became a General Manager in a Teleco company. I went on to complete a management buyout of the telco and became the Operations Director.
